Pecure allu Cutture - 18^ edizione

Nello splendido scenario della Piazza del Popolo, prenderà vita la 18^ edizione della “Pecure allu cutture” (Pecora al cotturo), evento gastronomico che vuole ristabilire il legame storico di Pacentro con l’attività pastorale e gli scenari paesaggistici montani.
Il piatto unico consiste in uno spezzatino di pecora il cui gusto peculiare deriva dal connubio con le patate e le spezie varie che vengono impiegate durante la sua cottura in un grande pentolone di rame, in dialetto denominato “cutture”.
